Sarasota Luxury Waterfront Home Builders

This home faces north from the northern tip of Siesta Key across a large open bay toward downtown Sarasota. The views are incredible from this location and only seem to get better at night with the shining lights of downtown reflecting off of the bays waters. This home had already gone through permitting when we got involved. The design was good but really needed something else to bring it to that next level of being great. We worked closely with the owner to incorporate elements and details on both the interior and exterior that helped to recreate the aesthetic and feel of one of his favorite places, “The Cove Resort”.
