Harold Bubil of the Sarasota Herald Tribune writes an interesting article about a different sign that the Sarasota new home market is on the rebound, the fact that caterers are once again getting busy. Though Perrone Construction has stayed very busy building new homes in Sarasota during the slow down it is nice to see that there are signs of the building industry returning to what it once was.
