Since 1980 our firm has worked on countless custom homes only a handful of which were not located on the waterfront. We are one of the areas very few true custom builders and are one of an even smaller group of contractors who can call themselves waterfront specialists.

Assessment

We have worked on Sarasota’s waterfront properties since 1980 and understand the subtle nuances of each neighborhood, helping our clients make highly informed decisions. We can help with assessment from deign conceptualization, architect introductions, view studies to due diligence studies. Remember, every site we’ve ever worked on has been unique and the vast majority of them have been waterfront, we have the depth of knowledge to help our clients.

Our firm is a true custom home builder meaning that each home we build is designed by an architect for the property on which it sets. We’ve worked this way for over four decades and have gotten to work with some truly remarkable professionals. Our Company takes the position as team leader spearheading each project for an efficient point of accountability and contact for our clients that choose to work this way.

Monday mornings are when we tend to receive the most calls from potential clients, people who’ve happened to come across our jobs over the weekend. Our potential clients are amazed at how well cared for our projects are, from cleanliness to storage of materials to the workmanship on the job I believe you will find our sites second to none. This means a lot to our clients and to our subcontractors who can work efficiently when they are on site.
